At Ergon Jobs, we are proud to offer stable, long-term employment — many of our employees have been with us for years. Due to company growth, we are looking for motivated assemblers to work with aluminium window frames.
Your responsibilities will include:
Reading and interpreting technical drawings
Cutting, preparing, and assembling aluminium profiles
Fitting glass, seals, and hardware
Ensuring each finished product meets high quality and safety standards
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values teamwork, and is looking to build a reliable long-term career in a well-established company.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in aluminium window frame production
English or Dutch language skills
Driver’s license and own car are preferred but not required
Attention to detail and a responsible work attitude
Location
Various cities across the Netherlands
Salary
€570 – €600 net per week
Based on 40 hours per week
