General Information & Arrival Confirmation

Quality Uitzendbureau confirms your arrival.
Please read the following information carefully and sign below to confirm your understanding and agreement.

1. Employment Confirmation
   This confirmation does not guarantee employment if you arrive late, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or behave aggressively.

2. Accommodation
   Quality Uitzendbureau provides shared housing. The exact location will be confirmed after you arrive at our office.

3. Transport
   A company car is not guaranteed. You may receive a bicycle instead.
   If you cannot cycle, please inform us as soon as possible.

4. Work Conditions
   Jobs are primarily in the food industry, where the temperature is approximately 4–6°C.

5. Salary
   Salary is paid weekly.
   You must have enough money to support yourself until your first payment.

6. Non-Arrival Policy
   Accommodation is organized in advance.
   Failure to arrive without notice may result in a fine due to housing reservations.
   If you are unable to arrive, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance via WhatsApp +37067189511 or contact your recruiter.

7. Arrival Time
   You must arrive at the Quality Uitzendbureau office between Monday and Friday, before 14:00 (2 PM).
   Late arrival means you will need to wait until the next day at your own expense, which may also affect your employment.
   Please plan your trip accordingly.

9. If you are not currently in the Netherlands, you must book your plane ticket within 48 hours after receiving this confirmation.
   Please attach your plane ticket as proof of arrival.
   Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your arrival.
