Job Summary
Would you like to be trained as a landscaper? ABflexkracht is looking for motivated Junior Landscapers to work on a variety of projects for private gardens, business gardens, and municipal green spaces. You will learn on-the-job about laying decorative paving, placing fences, planting perennials, shrubs and trees, constructing ponds, terraces, roof gardens, and decking.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working outdoors and wants to build a career in landscaping.
What We Offer
Salary of approximately €2,000 – €2,400 gross per month
8.25% holiday pay
26 leave days per year
Support from a personal team leader

Varied tasks and work locations within the Haarlem–Leiden–Amsterdam triangle
Who You Are
Motivated to learn the landscaping profession
Enjoy working outdoors and physically demanding tasks
Flexible in working hours
Good communication skills in Dutch or English
Driver’s license (B or BE) and own transportation
Willing to follow courses and training
What You Will Do
Assist in construction and maintenance of gardens
Lay decorative paving, fences, terraces, ponds, roof gardens, and decking
Plant perennials, shrubs, and trees
Work on different locations and projects
Learn and develop new skills with each assignment
