Your Role – Order Picker / Logistic Employee

As an Order Picker, your responsibilities will include:

• Sorting products and setting up pallets.

• Collecting orders with a trolley.

• Driving an EPT (Electric Pallet Truck) when required.

• Checking product quality and applying stickers.

You’ll be working in cold or freezer environments, with additional allowances provided.

Job Details

• Salary: €15.42/hour (base €14.23 + 8.33% holiday allowance, paid weekly)

• Shifts (Monday–Friday): 06:00 – 15:00

• Cold/Freezer Allowances:

  • Fresh area (+5 / +10°C): +€0.50/hour

  • Freezer (-18 / -28°C): +€1.22/hour

  • Freezer workers get 15 minutes paid break every hour

Shift Bonuses

• Monday – Friday

  • 19:00 – 24:00 → +25%

  • 22:00 – 05:00 → +50%

• Saturday

  • 00:00 – 12:00 → +50%

  • 12:00 – 00:00 → +100%

• Sunday & 00:00 – 04:00 → +100%

✅ Insurance: Dutch health insurance is mandatory (€38/week via Want 2 Work, or provide your own).
✅ Accommodation: €130/week (2-person rooms).
✅ Transport: Free to/from work. Bicycles for <10 km, company cars for >10 km. Fuel, repairs, and insurance covered by the company. Drivers may be asked to operate cars if licensed.
✅ Clothing:

• Company provides work clothes.

• Safety shoes required (bring your own or get them from the company: free if you stay ≥6 months, otherwise €35).
