Your Role – Production Worker
As a Production Worker, your responsibilities will include:
Sorting and packing mushrooms.
Performing quality control checks.
Recording orders on paper.
Overseeing warehouse processes.
Maintaining good organization and reacting quickly to production needs.
This is dynamic, hands-on work that requires precision, attention to detail, and responsibility.
Job Details
Salary: €15.56/hour (base €14.36 + 8.33% holiday allowance, paid weekly)
Shifts (Monday–Friday):
05:00 – 13:00 (+12.5% shift bonus)
13:00 – 21:00 (+12.5% shift bonus)
21:00 – 05:00 (+25% shift bonus)
Overtime: Regular, up to 1.5 hours on some days
What We Offer
✅ Insurance: Dutch health insurance is mandatory (€38/week via Want 2 Work, or provide your own).
✅ Accommodation: €130/week (2-person rooms).
✅ Transport: Free to/from work (bicycle for <10 km, company car for >10 km). Fuel, repairs, and insurance paid by company. Drivers may be asked to operate cars if licensed.
✅ Workwear: Warm overalls provided. Safety shoes required (bring your own or get them from the company). Free if you stay ≥6 months, otherwise €35.
✅ Agency Support: Want 2 Work Agency takes care of housing, transport, weekly pay, and guidance.
