GXO Logistics, the logistics partner of Philip Morris, is looking for Warehouse Employees to join its team in Bergen op Zoom. This is a physically active role in a dynamic logistics environment, ideal for motivated people who enjoy teamwork and hands-on work.

Job Description

As a warehouse employee, you will mainly be responsible for loading and unloading containers. Together with your team, you ensure that boxes and packages are placed in the correct locations. The work is manual and requires physical strength and focus.

Your tasks include:

  • Loading and unloading containers

  • Sorting and placing boxes correctly

  • Checking goods for damage and quality

  • Following inventory and safety instructions

  • Working according to strict quality standards (especially for cigarette products)

  • Supporting your team to keep operations running smoothly

This is an active role where teamwork, accuracy, and reliability are essential.
